We’re so pleased to announce that we are officially opening up the studio for artists to come record their projects! We can accomodate several different situations for artists. If you’re a singer that needs to make a demo or an album, we can do that for you. We can do everything from arranging and producing your songs to recording your songs to getting you started with distribution! If you already have a recording, we offer mixing and mastering services to make your song have the best possible sound at the industry standard levels (which is great for radio play). If you are a songwriter and would love to see your song go farther than your living room piano, bring it to us! We will even provide vocal talent to sing it for you if you don’t wish to sing it yourself.

Michael and Zach co-produced this instrumental album and it includes some phenomenal musicians on a variety of instruments including piano, guitar, sax, violin, and vibraphone. “Joyful Harmony” is a piano driven album that fuses together the best elements of smooth jazz, funk and rock, and puts a fresh spin on old time favorite Christmas songs. Wow… It’s Been A While!

Man, time really does fly when you’re having fun! I hope everybody’s been enjoying summer as much as I have. The sun is warm, the grass is green, and DreamVizion Productions is still moving forward. All summer we’ve been making some great connections and having a lot of fun making some great jingles as well as Marketing On-Hold Systems. It had been a while since we’ve had a chance to do a good jingle (EVERYBODY seems to be writing them these days) but now we’re back in that saddle and having a blast!

Jingles are so underrated. Good jingles are jam-packed with serious subliminal suggestive power. Don’t believe me? If I were to hum the correct five notes and sing “I’m lovin’ it,” you cannot tell me that you wouldn’t get a little taste for some Mickey D’s. Oh, that reminds me. I just wanna let you know that something HUGE is about to go down. DV is teaming up with Millikin University and we’re gonna be presenting a seminar on advertising! We’ve also been busy playing gigs as booked by Live Tonight! Entertainment, our new live talent booking agency. We’ve done everything from jazz gigs to African drum circles. We’ve even been utilized to book a backup band for one of the headliners at the Decatur Celebration next month! (By the way that headliner is none other than Mr. Michael Scherer, himself.) Wow, friends, I’ve got to tell you that we are having more fun than human beings should be allowed to have… Let me just remind you that DreamVizion has just launched its new live musician booking agency known as Live Tonight! This past week we had the opportunity to go and play for the Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet and Installation of Officers held at the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel. I would love to go into greater detail, but these pictures speak for themselves…

Another week in paradise!

Hello everybody! Although the weather has been so unpredictable, here lately it has been nothing short of awesome! The birds are a chirping and the air smells like fresh rain and cut grass. Inspiration can come from anywhere, but when the weather is like this it can come from everywhere! I actually can be inspired in good or bad weather. In fact, some of my best ideas (both lyrical and melodic) have come on dark stormy days. However, I am thankful for the delightful change in weather. What inspires you? New Season Means New Endeavor

Hello again, friends! It’s great to catch up with you again. I’m so psyched for this week because we’re now launching the newest division of DreamVizion: Live Tonight! Entertainment. I know that we’ve been going on and on about doing commercial audio and on-hold music, but this is so cool because this is where we bring the music to you…live…tonight…or whenever! With Live Tonight! Entertainment, the biggest restriction to what you can experience would be your own imagination. And what do I mean by that?

Michael and I have played a lot of gigs together since I came on-board with DreamVizion. Funny thing is, the gigs keep increasing in frequency. Awesome! Not only that, but the people are wanting either bigger combos, more diverse music, or both. Michael has done (and continues to do) a ton of solo piano gigs. He and I have performed in groups ranging from 2-5 people, but oh, the music… In the last month we’ve played pops selections, jazz standards, and traditional African drum beats! I gotta tell you guys it’s been a blast.

What’s New With DreamVizion Productions

Hello, everybody! We’re so glad you came to check this out. DreamVizion is really doing a lot these days…

We just got done presenting at the monthly breakfast for the Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce. Thanks to everybody who came out and saw us there at the breakfast! It was really great to get to meet so many new people and catch up with old friends. If you check out the picture at the end of this post, you can see our “new and improved” setup. Yes, that is an iPad 2 set up there to play our samples…pardon the shameless plug for Apple (you’re welcome, Steve Jobs).

So let me catch you up on a few things.

DreamVizion Productions is busier than ever now and the year is just beginning! Where could I even begin? For starters, we’re just now wrapping up production of the new musical, Voyage. The recording, though not featuring the original cast, will feature star talent from all over the country. All this is brought to you by us… only because we love you guys!

We’ve also finished up work on a new single from a brand new artist, KAVAN. Now KAVAN is no stranger to the stage. He happens to be the World’s #1 Rock ‘n Roll Elvis Impersonator. He wanted to break into the industry on the pop scene, though, so he sought out the help of DreamVizion to make that dream a reality. We’re happy to report that his single “Indecisive” has just been released on CDBaby.com as well as iTunes. Go check it out!

We’re also VERY excited about the current artist that we’re working with. Can you keep a secret? He is gonna be one of the hottest new artists on the L.A. Urban scene very soon. His voice is amazing and his music is infectious. All I’m saying is you all had better remember the name Bryan Clark. That’s all I’m gonna drop for now. Keep checking in for more updates!
